Job Duties:Â Â Â Â Â
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Assess vehicles to accurately diagnose and repair issues
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Explaining mechanical problems and possible solutions to clients
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Provide routine inspections of vehicles and inform clients of any issues
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Prepare quotes and work estimates as requested
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Preparing service tickets and invoices
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Repairing or replacing parts on vehicles
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Repairing or modifying a car to a client's specifications
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Perform basic automotive care as needed; including changing oil and rotating tires
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Maintain and clean garage equipment and tools
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Answer service calls and schedule appointments as needed
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Assist in the parts department as needed
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Take classes and training as required by Stellantis
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Perform warranty and recall work

Skills and Qualifications:
Â
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience conducting routine services and vehicle maintenance
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Practical knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Excellent customer service skills
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ability to prepare work estimates and quotes
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience is preferred
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â High school Diploma required
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Associates degree in Automotive Technology or an equivalent
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Valid state vehicle inspection license and ASE or equivalent
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â On the job training provided
